Developed in conjunction with

                                                      Children & Family Ministry

The purpose of our Children and Family Faith Formation program is:

To assist, not replace, parents in their primary role as religious educators to their children.

To directly involve parents in the religious formation of their children by providing tools to enable them to bring up their children as practicing Catholic Christians.

To familiarize parents with the formal instruction provided to their children by home notices, meetings as needed and a variety of enrichment materials.

To provide for family involvement in the ongoing faith life of our parish.

To provide for and encourage service to our parish and community.

Classes are provided for our students from Pre-school through Grade 8  from September through mid-May. A variety of materials including videos, arts and crafts, music and more are utilized in our classes. At least one service project is a part of each grade level class. Pre-school classes are offered on Sunday morning only and Grades K through 6 are offered on Sunday morning or Wednesday evening. Junior High classes are held on Sunday evenings. Our catechists (teachers) form a remarkable group of caring adults who share their faith with great enthusiasm and selfless devotion to our young ones.

An annual Vacation Bible School is held during the summer for students age 5 through Grade 5. Our Junior High and High School students have the opportunity to assist with this fun program for our kids as well.

New student enrollments should be accompanied by copies of each child's birth and baptism certificates.
