The purpose of our Junior High Ministry program is:

To evangelize our young adolescents and  to foster a deeper and more personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • To welcome and encourage the exuberance and creativity of our Junior High youth.
  • To provide young adolescents and their families with a safe place where they can experience acceptance, peace and God’s love and to enable their faith to be active, alive and exciting.
  • To build and deepen a sense of our Holy Trinity parish community through classes, activities, service projects and involvement in various aspects of parish life.

The Junior High Ministry offers opportunities for our young people in Grades 7 & 8 to move beyond their childhood understanding of God and our faith toward a more mature relationship with God. This two year time is devoted to an understanding of and participation in our Holy Trinity parish community and is a “bridge” between the faith of their youth and the beginning of the more mature part of their faith journey.

We offer youth group/classes on Sundays at 6:30-8pm from September through mid-May.

Monthly social activities and other social activities are offered throughout the year. In addition, each class is asked to participate in at least one service/outreach project during the year. Service at the parish is encouraged as well, including altar serving, greeting, Vacation Bible School assistants, and more.
